摘要
目的对利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效进行观察和分析。方法随机选取2010年4月～2011年4月本院收治的168例慢性宫颈炎的患者,将这些患者平均分为3组,A组应用药物进行治疗,B组应用微波进行治疗,C组应用利普刀进行治疗,记录手术时间、术中出血量和不良反应情况,对3组的临床疗效进行比较分析。结果通过比较分析发现C组的手术平均时间和术中出血量要明显好于B组(P<0.05),术后治疗的总有效率为100%,B组的总有效率为83.93%,A组总有效率为53.3%,C组的治疗效果明显高于另外两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组术后未出现严重的并发症和感染,恢复良好。结论利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎效果明显,创伤小、操作简便,是治疗宫颈类疾病有效方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe and analysis the clinical effects of 168 cases chronic cervicitis treated by leep therapy. Methods RandomLy select 168 cases chronic cervicitis patients from April 2010 to April 2011 in our hospital, which average divided into three groups.Group A was treated by drug,group B was treated by microwave therapy, group C was treated by leep therapy .Record the situation of operation time, intraoperative blood soss and adverse reaction,and compare the clinical curative effect of the three groups. Results Through the comparative analysis,the author found that the average operation time and intraoperative blood soss of group C was better than group B（P 〈 0.05）.The total effective rate of group C is 100%, group B 83.93%, group A 53.3%.The curative effect of the group C significantly is higher than the other two groups with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.Group C has no serious complications and infection, with a good recovery. Conclusion Chronic cervicitis by leep therapy has obvious clinical effect,and fully embodies its advantages for small trauma, better curative effect and simple operation. The leep therapy is an effective method to treat chronic cervicitis,which deserve clinical application.
