摘要
目的 对最近 5卷《中华手外科杂志》论文的引文进行分析 ,以提供最有应用价值的手外科文献资料。方法 对 1995年至 1999年 2 1期《中华手外科杂志》中主要栏目的 73 2篇论文的引文进行统计学分析。采用专家和读者问卷调查法 ,推荐熟悉和有价值的文献。结果 2 1期杂志中刊登引文的论文共467篇 ,引文量 2 40 8条。引文语种以英文、中文为主。引文类型以期刊文章为主 ,自引率呈逐年递增的趋势。引文核心文献为《中华手外科杂志》、《中华显微外科杂志》等 13种中文文献 ,和《JHandSurg(Am)》、《JBoneJointSurg(Am)》等 2 0种英文文献。专家和读者推荐的最有价值的参考文献均在核心文献之列。结论 《中华手外科杂志》已成为国内手外科的高水平专业期刊 ,收录的信息代表了现代手外科的最新进展 ,应是手外科医师们的必读期刊。
Objective To analyze paper citations from the recent 5 volumes of the Chinese Journal of Hand Surgery, and to provide the most valuable literature for hand surgeons. Methods Statistical analysis was done for the citations of 732 papers in the major columns from 21 volumes of the journal from 1995 to 1999. Well known and valuable literatures were recommended according to the questionnaire answered by specialists and readers. Results The number of citation was 2,408 from 467 papers in 21 volumes. The major language was English and Chinese. The citation type was mostly papers from periodicals. The percentage of self citation had an ever increasing tendency. The most frequently cited core journals were 13 Chinese written journals, such as Chinese Journal of Hand Surgery, Chinese Journal of Microsurgery etc, and 20 English written journals, such as Journal of Hand Surgery(American volume), Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery(American volume) etc. The most valuable literatures recommended by specialists and readers were included in the core periodicals. Conclusons Chinese Journal of Hand Surgery is a high level specialized periodical in the field of hand surgery in China. Its cited information reflects the latest advances in modern hand surgery. It is a periodical worth reading for all hand surgeons.
