摘要
本文通过《中图法》第三版类目增、删、改的统计数据说明,这次修订违背了原定的修订原则;分析了第三版修订的重点;对《中图法》今后的修订提出了建议。
This paper points out that the revision made in the 3rd edition is too great (over 10000 items).So it is not convenient for libraries to make revision. Statistical data shows that this edition violates the original principles.The article analyses the main revised points of the 3rd edition and presents the greatest changes in the intermediate items while the basic and advanced ones are comparatively stable.The authors suggest that revision of the China Library Classification should be made regularly and shorten its cycle with less changes and turbulences to ensure its development and stability.
