摘要
目的 加深对乳房原发性非何杰金氏恶性淋巴瘤的认识 ,了解外科手术在该病治疗中的作用。方法 回顾性分析 1970～ 1998年我院诊治的乳房原发性非何杰金氏淋巴瘤病人 10例 ,并进行随访。结果 1例行标准根治术 ,4例行改良根治术 ,4例行单纯乳房切除。随访 9例 ,4例复发 ,平均生存时间 2 5 .2个月。结论 该病发病率低 ,但恶性程度高 ;治疗宜采用综合手段 ,根治性乳房手术并不能有效提高生存率。
Objective To study the disease of Primary Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma of the breast and recognize the effect of the operation in its treatments. Methods 10 female patients had been reviewed from 1970 to 1998, the data of diagnosis and treatment were analysed, and most patients were followed-up.Results Modified radical mastectomy was made in one patient,standard radical mastectomy in four patients,simple mastectomy in four patients.Nine patients were followed up,four patients relapsed and the average survival time was 25.2 months.Conclusions Such disease is rare, but the level of malignancy is high; systemic therapy is the optimal approach and the radical surgery should be avoided.
