摘要
针对某散射计工作环境的特点,通过风载荷计算、制动器选型、强度校核以及工艺设计给出的新型抱闸装置,可实现双向无级旋转锁定功能,减轻了系统的重量,增加了系统的灵活性,便于安装与运输。同时利用Solidworks软件的Simulation模块对关键零件进行了有限元分析,分析和实验结果表明,新型抱闸装置稳定可靠,可以满足以吊装方式工作的测试系统的需要,对同类设计具有一定的参考价值。
According to the working environment quality of scatterometer, a new internal contracting brake as- sembly, which functions two-direction continous revolution lock, is given by wind load calculation, detent se- lection, intensity check and process design. The system has less weight, improved flexibility and can be as- sembled and transported conveniently. Finite element analysis are carried out for the key parts by the simula- tion module of solidworks software. Analysis and experiment results show that the new internal contracting brake assembly is stable and reliable, and can satisfy the requirements of the testing system working in hoisting way. This paper has reference value for similar design.
