摘要
在室内和田间条件下研究氨氯吡啶酸添加助剂对不同生育时期刺萼龙葵的防除效果,室内试验结果表明,氨氯吡啶酸对刺萼龙葵有理想防效,随刺萼龙葵叶龄增加对其有效防除所需剂量提高。添加植物油助剂对氨氯吡啶酸有较好的增效作用,在刺萼龙葵子叶期及花蕾期喷施氨氯吡啶酸23.11、92.44 g a.i./hm2,添加植物油助剂的处理防效分别增加15.93%、24.67%。田间试验结果显示,植物油助剂可提高氨氯吡啶酸的速效性,快速扑灭刺萼龙葵,从而提高禾本科牧草的竞争能力。
Field and greenhouse tests were conducted to evaluate the effect of different adjuvants on the control of buffalo bur (Solanum rostratum) by aminopyralid. Aminopyralid was very effective in controlling buffalo bur,with increasing doses being required as plants became older. Control efficacy of aminopyralid at 23.11 g a. i./hm2 and 92.44 g a. i./hm2 increased by 16% and 25% ,respectively when different plant oils were added to the mixture applied at the cotyledon and flower stage of buffalo bur. A field study also showed that adjuvants could accelerate buffalo bur control with aminopyralid and increase the competitiveness of forage grass, which resulted in increased forage - grass coverage.
