83例老年胃癌患者临床处理探讨 被引量：1

摘要 目的提高对老年胃癌患者的诊治及围手术期处理的认识水平。方法对我院2002年5月至2010年6月间经手术和病理证实的大于70岁83例老年胃癌患者及小于60岁145例的临床资料进行回顾性比较分析总结。结果老年组术前心、肺、肝、前列腺等合并症及术后胸腔积液、肺部感染、吻合口瘘等并发症明显多于年轻组。结论老年胃癌患者术前合并症多,术后并发症发生率高,应加强患者围手术期处理及术后并发症防治。
