摘要
目的 提高对老年胃癌的诊治及术后并发症的认识水平。方法 回顾总结１９８９年８月～１９９８年８月间经开腹证实胃癌９１６例，比较大于６５岁胃癌２２５例及小于５０ 岁５９１例临床资料及术后并发症。结果 老年组术前心、肺、肝等合并症及术后胸腔积液、肺感染、吻合口漏明显多于年轻组。结论 老年性胃癌应加强术前准备及术后胸腔积液、肺感染、吻合口漏等并发症防治。
Objective To investigate the clinical feature and the complications after operation of aged patients with gastric cancer.Methods 916 cases with surgical diagnosed gastric cancer from Aug 1989 to Aug 1998 were studied retrospectively,comparison the clinical feature and the complication between 225 cases (age≥65) and 591 cases (age<50)in our group.Results The aged has more complications with chest lung disease and anastomotic leakage.Conclusion We must pay more attentions on the prepare prior to operation and treat prevent the complication with chest lung disease and anastomotic leakage postoperatively. [
