摘要
目的探讨小剂量糖皮质激素治疗非乙型亚急性重型肝炎临床疗效。方法在综合治疗的基础上使用小剂量地塞米松2.5mg/d,治疗7例非乙型亚急性重型肝炎,与对照组比较。结果治疗组各指标与对照组差异无统计学意义。P>0.05。结论小剂量激素治疗非乙型亚急性重型肝炎不提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of low dose clycocorticosteroid administrated to early non-HBV related subacute-on-chronic liver failare. Methods 7 patients with non-HBV-related subacute- on-chronic liver failare were administrated low dose desamethasone 2.5 mg/d to synthetic treatment while the control group only received the synthetic treatment. Results Obvious effects were not observed between the therapy group and the control group（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The administration of low clycocorteroid to early non-HBV-related subacute-on-chronic liver failare have not remarkable effect.
