摘要
以一起变压器保护出口跳闸回路因自保持设计不当引起的保护装置异常损坏为例,分析了损坏原因并对同类型自保持回路的设计缺陷进行了彻底处理。经过现场分析和模拟试验,验证了判断、分析和问题处理的正确性,供较早投入运行的同类型发电机、变压器保护装置维护时参考。
Taking an abnormal damage of the protection device of a transformer caused by improper self-hold design of the protection outlet trip circuit as example,the reasons of the damage were analyzed,and the design defects of the same self-hold circuits were treated thoroughly.The correctness of the judge,the analysis and the problem treatment were verified by field analysis and simulation test.The results in this paper can be used as reference in maintenance of protection devices of similar generators and transformers put into operation earlier.
