摘要
目的 探讨肾盂恶性肿瘤的诊治方法。方法 报告肾盂恶性肿瘤 17例 ,其中移行细胞癌 10例 ,移行上皮细胞及鳞状上皮细胞混合癌 2例 ,腺癌 2例 ,鳞癌合并肾结石 2例。 1例未行手术 ,2例探查活检 ,肾、全输尿管及膀胱袖状切除 12例 ,肾、输尿管部分切除 1例 ,肾、输尿管全切 1例。结果 随访 14例 ,随访时间 2月～ 5年 ,5年生存率 5 0 %。结论 静脉肾盂造影 (IVP)、CT及B超 ,为主要诊断方法 ;肾、全输尿管及膀胱袖状切除是主要治疗手段。
Objective To explore the methods of diagnosis and treatment of pyelic carcinoma.Methods we report 17 cases of pyelic carcinoma.10 of them were transitional cell carcinoma,2 the mixed carcinoma of transitional and squamous cells,2 adenocarcinoma and 2 sguamous carcinoma with calculus of kidney.1 case had no operation,2 cases were explored and biopsied in the operation.12 cases were total nephroureterectomy with bladder cuff resected,1 case was nephrectomy with partial ureterectomy and 1 case was total nephroureterectomy.Results 14 cases have been followed up from 2 months to 5 years,3 cases were dead The 5 year survival rate was 50%.Conclusions The main diagnostic methods were IVP,CT and B ultraosoand.Total nephroureterectomy with bladder cuff resected was the first treatment of choice.
