摘要
利用HPLC-ELSD法测定了4种魔芋中的神经酰胺含量。结果表明,4种魔芋中的神经酰胺含量呈现种间差异,其中神经酰胺含量最高的是M4,为43.75μg.g-1。
The contents of ceramide from 4 kinds of konjac were determined by HPLC-ELSD method. The results showed that the contents of ceramide from 4 kinds of konjac rendered differences between species. The content of ceramide in M4 was the highest of 43.75μg·g^-1.
