摘要 当前车辆超载监测系统中,受到运输车辆行驶速度过快的的影响,车辆容易存在惯性速度误差,造成系统对车辆超载检测准确率误差较大;文中提出了一种基于多阶段分层校验算法的运输车辆超载检测系统的设计方法;系统包括信息采集模块,微处理器模块和信号传递模块,利用各种模块设计一个关联互感的信号采集网络,通过采集的运输车辆重量和运动数据,对超速过程中产生的惯性误差进行补偿,解决速度惯性带来的测量误差问题;实验证明,这种方法能够避免由于车辆行驶速度过快造成的运输车辆载重测量结果偏小的缺陷,系统的精度从88%提高到了93%。 The current vehicle overload monitoring system, by the transport vehicle speed of fast, the influence of vehicle easily exist in-ertial velocity error, cause system for vehicle overload detection accuracy larger error. Puts forward a kind of Quito stratified check algorithm transport vehicle overload detection system design method. System including information collection module, a microprocessor module, and signal transmission module, the use of various modules design a correlation mutual inductance signal acquisition network, through the acqui-sition of the transport vehicle weight and motion data, to the speeding process of inertia error compensation, solve the speed inertia bring measurement error problem. Experiments show that this method can avoid the vehicle running speed caused by rapid transport vehicle load measurement results partial small defects, the precision of the system increased from 88% to 93%.
