摘要
本文论述了遗传算法的基本原理、操作及算式，并以一个识别部分英文字母的多层前向神经网络为例，给出了用遗传算法训练网络、优化网络权值的方法和步骤，实验结果表明了这一方法的有效性。
The article discusses the basic principles,operations and algorithm of Genetic Algorithm, and takes a multilayer feedforward neural network of some English letters recognition as an example to describe the method and procedure about applying Genetic Algorithm to training neural network and optimizing the weights. The result of experiment have demonstrated effectiveness of the method.
