摘要
目的:探讨PBL+SP教学方法在七年制妇产科实习教学中的应用效果。方法:以哈尔滨医科大学七年制三个班共105名学生为研究对象,随机选取PBL+SP教学试验组及传统方式+SP教学对照组研究对象,在妇产科实习教学中采用不同的教学方法,以阶段考试评价教学效果。结果:试验组和对照组基础知识题得分无明显差异,试验组病例分析题得分与对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:PBL+SP教学方法既能锻炼学生的临床思维能力,又能保证基础知识的掌握,适合在七年制学生实习教学中应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of PBL+SP teaching method on practicing teaching of Gynecology and Obstetrics in seven-year-programme clinical medical students. Methods: 105 students of seven-year program from Harbin Medical University were chosen as the research objects. They were randomly divided into trial group, in which students were practiced PBL+SP teaching, and con- trol group, in which students were practiced SP teaching, and then the teaching results were evaluated according to the scores of stage ex- ams. Results: Although the teaching results of two groups had no significant difference in foundational subjects, but the trial group had significant higher score in comprehending subjects. Conclusion" PBL+SP teaching mode can improve the students' activeness and en- hance their ability of self-study. It is a better way in clinical practicing teaching of seven-year-programme students.
