研究了Ni-Cu(催化剂的比表面积、原料气含O_2量等对乙醇羰化合成丙酸和丙酸乙醇的影响。在常压和300℃下,Cu_(2+)为2.2%和CO/C_2H_5OH=2.8(摩尔)时,丙酸和丙酸乙酯收率最高。对Cu_(2+)在催化剂中的作用以及催化剂的稳定性进行了讨论。
Under atmospheric pressure and 300C the effects of CO/C2H5OH ratio and specific surface area of the Ni-Cu/C catalyst on the carbonyla-tion of ethanol to propionic acid and ethyl propionate had been studied. The results show that the space-time yield of the catalyst is 150-180 g propionic acid and its eihyl ester per kg catalyst-h, and the yield of acid and ester is 50-60% during 700 hours consecutive reaction. The influence of Cu content, O2 content in CO and reaction temperature on the distribution of carbonylation product has been also studied. The reason for the stability of the catalyst is given.
