摘要
本文简介了低温等离子复合技术。采用该技术可以在单晶金刚石颗粒表面获得强力结合的多层金属层、合金层及陶瓷涂层。该技术还可使金刚石表面涂层与金刚石之间形成强键结构过渡层。多层结构的包衣金刚石具有许多优点:提高了单颗粒金刚石抗压强度、高温条件下的抗氧化能力以及提高包衣金刚石与胎体材料之间的冶金结合能力等等。最后介绍了我们用低温等离子复合技术制备的川Ⅱ号包衣金刚石锯片刀头的使用效果。
In this paper are introduced the low-temperature plasma composite technology. The clad diamond .with multilayer films of metals, alloys or metalceramics are manufactured by low-temperature plasma composite technology. The conditions forming strong bond structure transition zone between the coating and diamond are obtained. The multilayer structure clad diamond have such advantages as: comperssion strength and oxidation resistance of diamand at high temperature and metallurgical bond strength between the clad diamond and the matrix material are increased. The applications of multilayer structure clad diamond are also introduced.
