摘要
本文从 8个方面深入分析了当前铁路工程投资控制存在问题的原因 ,并提出了相应对策。关键是加快铁路投资管理体制改革 。
The paper analyzes reasons to the problems existing in present Chinese railway engineering investment control, and raises countermeasures. The key is to quicken the reform of railway investment management system, establish system of project artificial person responsibility and multiple investment main body.
