热镀锌加热方式及陶瓷套管的应用

摘要 介绍我国热镀锌行业采用的锌锅状况和发展趋势 ,分析铁质锅将被耐火材料锌锅所代替的原因和各类加热方式的特点 ,提出了SiC工程陶瓷材料用作内加热套管的方法。热镀锌钢丝、钢钉生产实践表明 ,陶瓷套管的应用极大地提高了热效率 ,节电、节锌、增产效果十分显著 ,完全适用于热镀锌的工作环境 ,因此具有良好的推广应用前景。 To introduce the condition and development tendency of spelter pot for galvanizing by dipping industry in China.The reasons for substituting iron made pot by refractory spelter pot and the characteristics of every kind of heating way are analyzed.A way using SiC engineering ceramic material as internal heating casing is put forward.Practice of galvanized by dipping steel wire and nail production indicates that the application of ceramic casing greatly raises heating efficiency,which can significantly save electricity and zinc,increase output,and is completely suitable for work environment of galvanizing by dipping,so has good prospects for spreading and applying.
