摘要
热镀锌锌锅外加热熔锌能耗大、熔锌时间长、发热元件易损坏。研制出一种高强度、导热性能良好、不导电的陶瓷材料作为锌锅内加热发热元件套管。该套管能承受锌液凝固时的收缩压力,提高热效率,降低锌锅加热功率,更换加热元件方便、快捷,减小锌锅尺寸、锌的加入量及锌耗,降低了成本,提高了产品质量和经济效益。试制了一批套管,在改造的40线热镀锌钢丝生产线上进行试用,运行良好。
