摘要
对ICP-OES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱)法测定钢中P元素含量的试验方法进行介绍。通过适当比例的盐硝混酸溶解试样,采用MSF(多元光谱拟合)技术消除光谱干扰和基体效应,应用标准加入法对不同干扰物含量的国家标准物质中的P元素含量进行分析检测,分析结果准确,其精密度及加标回收率均符合检测要求,可用于日常分析工作。
The paper presents the test of measuring P-content of the steel using IC P--OES technique; taking the sample of sal prunella mixed acid solution of pwper proportion, using MSF technique to eliminate the spectrometry disturbance and matrix effect, carries out the analysis and test of P-content in the national standard substallce with different content of disturbance elements according to application standard addition method： the measured results that its accuracy and indexed recovery rate salisfv with lest requirement ran be used for the common analysis.
