摘要
采用ICP-AES法直接测定钢中微量铅、锡、砷、锑和铋的含量,多组分光谱拟合(MSF)法有效消除钢中共存元素对测定结果的干扰。5种元素的检出限分别为Pb14.1μg/L,Sn16.8μg/L,As20.2μg/L,Sb17.5μg/L,Bi15.2μg/L,方法准确,快速简便,稳定性好。
ICP-AES method for the determination of Pb, Sn, As, Sb and Bi in steel was described. The Multielement spectral fitting(MSF) method was used to avoid the spectrum interference of the element co-existed. The detect limit of these element is Pb 14.1μg/L,Sn 16.8 μg/L,As 22.2 μg/L,Sb 17.5 μg/L, Bi 15.2 μg/L. The method was sensitive,repeatable,rapid and convenient.
