摘要
综述了贝氏体 /马氏体复相组织对钢强韧性的影响及残留奥氏体对钢延迟断裂性能的影响。在清华大学贝氏体研究及推广中心工作积累的基础上 ,设计了一种新的 1 50 0MPa级经济型贝氏体 /马氏体复相钢。该钢奥氏体化后空冷就可获得贝氏体 /马氏体复相组织 ,经低温回火后 ,钢的抗拉强度σb≥ 1 50 0MPa ,屈服强度σ0 .2 ≥ 1 2 0 0MPa ,伸长率δ5≥ 1 4% ,断面收缩率 ψ≥57% ,室温冲击韧度aku≥ 1 0 9J/cm2 。
The effect of bainite/martensite mixed microstructure on the strength and toughness properties and the influence of the retained austenite on environment delayed fracture are reviewed.Based on the work by Bainite Research and Development Center at Tsinghua University,a novel 1500MPa grade economical bainite/martensite(B/M) duplex phase steel has been designed and investigated.Bainite/martensite mixed microstructure can be obtained under air cooling after austenization.The properties of the new steel,tempered at 280℃,are listed as follows:σ b≥1500MPa,σ 0.2 ≥1200MPa,δ 5≥14%, ψ ≥57%, a ku ≥109J/cm 2.
