摘要
目的:研究11种常用于治疗2型糖尿病中药的总皂苷对α-葡糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶的抑制作用。方法:通过体外模型试验分别测定11种抗2型糖尿病中药总皂苷对α-葡糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶的抑制率,比较其抑制作用。结果:11种抗2型糖尿病中药总皂苷中,除太子参总皂苷、知母总皂苷对α-葡糖苷酶有活化作用,麦冬总皂苷对α-葡糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶均有活化作用外,其余中药总皂苷均对2种酶有抑制作用,且太白楤木总皂苷具有较强的α-葡糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶抑制作用,其抑制率分别为(67.86±0.62)%和(55.31±1.23)%。结论:太白楤木总皂苷对α-葡糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶具有良好的抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the inhibitory effect of total saponins of 11 TCM for type type 2 diabetes mellitus on α-glucosidase and a-amylase. METHODS: The inhibitory ratio of total saponins of 11 TCM for type 2 diabetes mellitus on a-glucosidase and α-amylase were examined by in vitro models, the inhibition was compared. RESULTS:There are 2 kinds of enzyme inhibition of total saponins of Chinese medicine, except for the total saponins of Pseudostellaria heterophylla, the total saponins of Anemarrhena asphodeloides performed inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase, and the total saponins of Ophiopogon japocicus performed inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase and α-amylase. The total saponins of Aralia taibaiensis performed strong inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase and a-amylase, with inhibitory ratio of(67.86 ± 0.62)% and (55.31 ± 1.23)%. CONCLUSIONS: Extracts ofA. taibaiensis show eood inhibitory effect on α-elucosidase and α-amylase.
