研究了三氯化镱分别和AlEt_3,AlEt_2Cl以及AlEtCl_2组成的催化体系催化烯烃齐聚反应。三氯化镱和三乙基铝组成的催化体系能齐聚和聚合乙烯,但活性较低。三氯化镱和一氯二乙基铝组成的催化体系能有效地齐聚乙烯,得到C_4-CD_8烯烃含量达到99%,且线性率高。二氯乙基铝是三种烷基铝中最有效的助催化剂,它和三氯化镱组成的体系催化乙烯齐聚的活性在80℃,Al/Yb=40的反应条件下可达3400molC_2H_4/mol Yb·h;此催化体系还能催化齐聚丙烯、丁烯-1及己烯-1。初步研究了稀土化合物的配体及不同稀土元素化合物对催化反应的影响。
New rare earth catalysts based on ytterbium trichloride and alkylalu-minum chloride AlEtxCl3-x(x = 3, 2, 1) have been developed for the oligomerization of monoolefins. All the ytterbium catalysts combined with AlEt3,AlEt2Cl and AlEtCl2 respectively can oligomerize ethylene, but that with, AlEt3 shows low activity. The YbC]3-AlEt2Cl catalyst oligomerizes ethylene to 99% highly linear C4~C8 olefins. Among the cocatalysts investigated, AlEtCl2 is the best one to promote the oligomerization of olefins. Under the optimal reaction conditions,T = 80℃.Al/ Yb=40, the activity of the YbCl3-AlEtCl2 for the oligomerization of ethylene has reached 3400 mol C2H4/mol Yb.h. Moreover, this catalyst can also oligomerize propene, butene-1 and hexene-1. The oligomeriza-tion of ethylene by other lanthanide catalysts is also preliminarily studied.
