摘要
在《聚合物加工》课程中引入项目规划方案的形式,主动诱导学生参与教学过程,有效提高了教学的互动性,很大程度上丰富了教学内容,加深了学生对聚合物加工机械、加工工艺、加工方法的认识,使学生有机会接触和了解更多的现代聚合物加工手段和工艺。通过选题之间相互的比较与研讨,不但深化了教学内容,也极大拓宽了学生的知识面,而且启发学生对聚合物加工过程中产品配方的确定、加工机械的选择、加工工艺的分解和组合等方面进行深入思考。
The method of project programming was introduced in the course of polymer processing. Based on this project,the students could actively take part in the teaching activities resulting in the great improvement of the interaction between the teacher and the students. It was also a change for students to realize the modem polymer processing machinery, processing technology and processing methods. Not only the teaching content was greatly deepened but also the knowledge range of the polymer processing for students was heavily broadened through the comparison among the topics of the students. More understanding to the modem methods and techniques of polymer processing was achieved during the discussion of these topics. It is also important to enlighten student to put deep consideration on the formula design, processing machinery selection and adjustment of the processing technology.
