摘要
介绍一种简单而又新颖的显示器结构 ,即所谓的光致发光液晶显示器(PLLCD)。PLLCD预示着 ,它将使现在的各种类型的 LCD在观看性能、多路寻址驱动特性和显示器效率方面发生质的变化。这种结构有可能给下一代发光型 LCD带来深远的影响。
A simple but novel display architture,So called photoluminescent liquid crystal display (PLLCD),is introduced in this paper.PLLCD promises to transform the viewing characteristics,multiplexability,and power efficiency of existing types of LCD.This architure may have far reaching influences for the next generation of emissive LCDs.
