摘要
本文讨论了一种微机控制智能测试系统,它由一台PC机与若干单片机构成一个递阶结构的测试系统,主要用于驻极体话简的分档检测。重点论述了一种基于压/频变换器的低成本高精度A/D转换器,讨论了固定频率下话简信号、工作电流、频率响应及工作电压的测量方法与电路实现。导出了抗工频干扰的滤波算法,介绍了由LED构成的数字显示器结构以及PC机与多台单片机之间通讯协议的实现。对系统中所用算法也作了说明。
Discussed in this paper is a microcontroller-based intelligent measurement system,which consists of a PC and several microcontrollers. The system is constructed in an hierarchical form and can be used in classification of electret microphones. Emphasis is placed on a V/ F converter based low-cost high-accuracy A / D converter. Also discussed are the measurement methods of microphone output signal, current, frequency response, and voltage and their circuit implements.An industrial firequency disturbance resisting algorithm is derived and a LED digital display and its decoding and driving circuits are introduced. At last, the multi-computer communication protocol between PC and microcontrollers are discussed, and the algorithms used in the system is presented.
