通讯基站大功率PEMFC备用电源DC/DC变换器的设计与应用 被引量:1

Design and Implementation of DC/DC Converter for Communication Based on Station High-power PEMFC Backup Power

摘要 质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)是一种极具应用前景的清洁高效的发电技术。采用PEMFC作为通信备用电源,其相应DC/DC变换器的合理设计尤为重要。基于7KW PEMFC设计通信备用电源的DC/DC变换器,采用同步BUCK降压电路作为主电路,对相关元器件进行了合理选型,基于TMS320LF2407 DSP控制芯片完成了该变换器的电路硬件设计和控制软件设计,变换器具有过欠压保护、限流保护、过温度保护等功能。还对试制的样机进行了测试,测试结果表明该DC/DC变换器能够很好地适应PEMFC大电流的输出特性,精确的实现电压的稳定调节功能。 Proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is a kind of high efficiency clean power generation technology that is very promising. The design of the DC/DC converter is particularly important when using PEMFC as the communication backup power. This study is about designing a DC/DC converter for communication backup power based on 7KW PEMFC. This paper uses the synchronous buck converter as the main circuit topology, and select the components rationally. The design details of hardware and software are depicted. The core controller is TMS320LF2407 DSE The designed converter has functions like over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, over-current protection and over-temperature protection, etc. The paper tests the DC/DC cortverter proto- type, and the test results show that the DC/DC converter adapts to the large current characteristic of the PEMFC well and has a good performance in voltage regulating.
