摘要
介绍了新开发的热连轧流程控制仿真平台的结构、内容、功能,其包括基础自动化仿真、过程自动化仿真和三维仿真,可以对热连轧整个生产流程中的数据通讯、物料跟踪、模型运算、进程时序等进行仿真,并已在新疆八一钢铁公司1750mm热连轧、巴西CSN公司UPV钢厂长材生产线等多个项目中成功应用,效果良好。
The structure and functions of physical simulation and virtual reality platform of flow control system for hot rolling were introduced. The basic automation, process automation and three-dimensional virtual simulations were described. Based on it, the data communication, material tracking, model cMculation and process scheduling could be simulated. The system was applied in 1750mm hot strip roiling line of Bayi Iron & Steel Co. ,Ltd. and UPV Plant of CSN Co. of Brazil, and good effects were obtained.
