摘要
针对高速铁路用钢轨断面形状复杂、各部位变形相互关联从而造成通长尺寸波动问题,分析了钢轨在7机架工艺布置下断面各部分的变形规律,提出了钢轨断面各部位精度控制的模型。该模型在已有L1级基础自动化上直接运用,钢轨尺寸精度提高了60%~80%。
To the problem of high-speed rail size fluctuation in full length as complex section and correlative deformation of different parts, the deformation regulars of different parts on rail section on seven stands layout were analyzed. The tolerance control models of rail section were referred. This model was directly applied on L1 system, the rail dimension precision was increased 60%-80%.
