钢轨全万能轧制技术研究与实践 被引量:5

Study and practice of rails rolled by full universal finishing pass

摘要 为生产高尺寸精度钢轨,开发了全万能成品孔型。介绍了3种典型全万能成品孔型的结构特征,比较了其优缺点,模拟计算了轧件变形情况,并在生产线上进行了角部开口孔型的轧制试验。结果表明,角部开口孔型钢轨断面尺寸精度高,表面过渡光滑,无棱角;全万能轧制钢轨轨高尺寸精度提高,107 m长度范围内轨高波动可以减小到0.4 mm以下,配合其他措施有望达到0.2 mm以下。同时,其指出全万能成品孔型对设备精度要求高,设备维护是钢轨全万能轧制技术顺利应用的重点。 To produce high accuracy of rail in dimensional,the full universal finishing pass was developed.Structural features of three typical full universal finishing passes were introduced,the advantages and disadvantages were illustrated,the simulation calculation was performed for analyzing the rail deformation state,and the rolling test of corner gap pass was performed on the production line.The results show that the rail has high dimensional accuracy with corner gap pass,the rail surface is smoothed and no edges.The height fluctuation of rail within 107 m length can be reduced below 0.4 mm,with other measures it is expected to be within 0.2 mm by using full universal finishing rail pass.Meanwhile,it pointed out that the high precision of equipment was required,and the equipment maintenance was the key of using the full universal rolling technology.
