摘要
利用自主研发的拉矫破鳞试验机对热轧带钢进行了拉矫模拟实验,运用电位导数首零法测试了不同拉矫工艺参数下热轧带钢的酸洗时间,对实验结果进行了分析,得出拉矫工艺中带钢的延伸率主要由破鳞辊压下量决定,但当破鳞辊压下量达一定值后,破鳞效果不再有明显改善。
The straightening experiment was curried out by using the straightening scale breaking test machine for hot roiled strip , and the method of first zero potential derivative testing was used to confirm pickling time of pieces under different pull straightening process parameters. The experimental results were analyzed, and the conclusions were that the elongation rate was mainly composed of scaly rupturing roll quantity decision, but when the breaker reduction up to a certain value, scale breaking effect was no longer obvious improve- ment.
