摘要
全产业链模式是我国农产品流通产业升级的重要路径,即以龙头企业整合、管控产业链,构建从田间到餐桌的全流通体系,是全环节、全过程、全循环、全要素的流通。全产业链以推进农产品流通产品链、组织链、技术链、价值链的高级化而促进产业升级。要加大政策扶持力度,培育壮大龙头企业(组织),加强基础设施建设,强化行业管理,进一步促进农产品流通产业升级。
The whole industry chain is the important way to upgrade agricultural products circulation industry of China. The whole industry chain means building the circulation system from the farm to the table with the leading enterprises integrating and governing industry chain. Hence, it is a continuous link with circulation of all factors. The whole industry chain upgrades agricultural products circulation through promoting its products chain, organization chain, technology chain and value chain. Therefore, it is advisable to upgrade agricultural products circulation by formulating preferential policies, cultivating and developing the leading organizations, enhancing the building of infrastructure, and strengthening the management.
