摘要
无论从社会需求还是从企业发展规律来讲,以农业龙头企业为核心的农业产业化经营模式与机制创新对于进一步构建企业新的价值链和盈利模式、拓展农民的创业就业空间以及推进食品质量安全均具有重要意义。本文以安徽肥西老母鸡集团公司为研究案例,其生态型全产业链经营模式对于其他农业龙头企业发展以及我国农业产业化深化具有重要借鉴意义。
Not only from the social needs, but also from the law of enterprise development, management mode and mechanism innovation are vital important to further constraet the new value chain and profit mode of enterprises, extend the employment space of farmers and promote the food quality and safety. The paper took the Anhui Feixi Old Hens Group Company as a case study, and it could be found that its whole industrial chain business mode had a significant reference for development of other leading agricultural enterprises and deepening of agriculture industrialization in China.
