摘要
结核病是世界三大传染病之一,中国是结核病的高发地区,耐多药肺结核病区的感染管理一直是困扰广大医务人员的难题,存在患者及家属缺乏耐多药肺结核疾病相关知识,医务人员及家属缺乏自我保护意识,医院感染管理不善等主要问题,本院建立规章制度及工作流程,保证管理者及医务人员有章可循,加强医务人员的培训,强化感染监控和自我保护意识;注重患者及家属的健康教育,提高家属掌握消毒隔离措施的能力,保证患者养成良好的生活习惯;医院定期消毒灭菌,妥善处置医疗垃圾,从源头控制感染,积极开展环境实时监测,确保医务人员的安全,避免医院感染的发生。严格执行感染管理相关规章制度以控制医院感染,保证患者及医务人员安全。
Tuberculosis is one of the three major infectious diseases, our country is tuberculosis high-prevalence area, infection management of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis ward has been a major problem of the medical staff, there exist many problems, for example the patients and family lack of knowledge related to multi-drug tuberculosis disease, medical personnel and their families lack of ego protect consciousness, hospital infection management and other major issues. We set up rules, regulations and working process to ensure that managers and medical staff have rules to follow, we strengthen the training of medical personnel, strengthen infection monitoring and ego protect consciousness; pay attention to health education of the patient and family, improve the family master disinfection measures, to ensure that patients develop the ability of good life habit, hospital regular disinfection sterilization, proper disposal of medical waste, from the source control infection, actively carry out real-time monitoring environment, to ensure the safety of the medical staff, avoid the occurrence of hospital infection. Strict implementation of rules and regulations related to infection management and the hospital infection control, can ensure the safety of patients and medical staff.
