摘要
目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声检查对乳房肿块的诊断价值。方法对42例高频彩色多普勒超声检查发现乳房肿块并经术后病理证实的乳房良、恶性肿块声像图进行回顾性分析。结果高频彩色多普勒超声检查发现乳房肿块分良性组和恶性组,超声诊断良性组肿块27例,诊断恶性肿块15例,其中超声诊断恶性肿块中有1例病理证实为良性病变,超声诊断符合率为93.3%(14/15),超声诊断良性组肿块27例经病理证实全部为良性病变,诊断符合率为100.0%。结论高频彩色多普勒超声检查对乳房良、恶性肿块的鉴别诊断价值较高,可作为检查乳房疾病的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast masses. Methods Forty two patients with high frequency color doppler ultrasound examination and found that breast masses, and the postoperative pathology confirmed benign and malignant breast mass ultrasonic image were analyzed. Results High frequency color doppler ultrasound examination found that breast masses, which were divided benign group and malignant group, ultrasonic diagnosis of benign tumor group were 27 patients, the diagnosis of malignant tu- mor group were 15 cases, the ultrasonic diagnosis of malignant tumor in 1 case pathology confirmed benign lesions, ultrasonic diagnosis was 93.3% （14/15）, ultrasonic diagnosis of benign tumor group in 27 patients confirmed by pathology all benign lesions, diagnosis coincidence rate was 100.0%. Conclusion High frequency color doppler ultrasound to benign and malignant breast masses of differential diagnosis are of great value, which can be used as the preferred method of breast disease inspection.
