龙岩市艾滋病抗病毒治疗情况分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析龙岩市艾滋病免费抗病毒治疗情况,为以后进一步加强抗病毒治疗提供依据。方法对龙岩市42例接受免费抗病毒治疗的HIV/AIDS患者治疗资料进行分析。结果累计治疗42例,死亡7例,治疗后病人的症状体征均有不同程度的改善,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数,治疗前为138±113个/μl,治疗6个月、12个月后分别为264±122个/μl、304±188个/μl。治疗后病毒载量检测15例,10例在检测水平以下,3例在500拷贝/ml以下。结论抗病毒治疗对大部分艾滋病患者有效,但是要注意药物的毒副作用。
