摘要
目的调查一外籍人士感染军团菌病与C酒店集中空调系统卫生质量的关系。方法现场调查C酒店集中空调系统的卫生状况,抽检冷却塔水进行军团菌检测,同时用问卷调查的方式调查酒店员工的健康状况。结果抽检的4宗冷却塔水样品均未检出军团菌;酒店员工健康问卷调查结果显示近3月未发现急性呼吸道感染患者;现场卫生学调查结果表明C酒店集中空调系统的新风口与开放式冷却塔距离较远,但存在送风管道内存在积尘、新风口被堵、机房有杂物等卫生管理方面的漏洞。结论该外籍人士患病与C酒店集中空调系统卫生质量无直接关系,酒店应完善并认真执行卫生管理制度。
Objective To investigate the relationship between a foreigner infected by legionella and the sanitation quality of centralized air conditioner of C hotel. Method Field investigation was used to investigate the sanitation quality of centralized air conditioner of C hotel, cooling tower water was sampled to detect legionella, and health questionnaire was conducted in the hotel staff. Results Legionella was not detected in 4 cooling tower water samples. The results showed that no acute respiratory infection happened in the hotel staff in the latest 3 months; The air vent of centralized air conditioner of C hotel and open cooling tower were remotely located, but there existed loopholes of health administration in dusty duct, blocked air vent and machine room. Conclusions There was no direct relationship between the foreigner infected with legionellosis and the sanitation quality of centralized air conditioner of C hotel. The hotel should improve and strengthen enforcement of health administration system.
