摘要
目的了解不同治疗方法对细菌性阴道炎(BV)和外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的治疗效果。方法采用完全随机的方法,将门诊就诊的BV和VVC患者分别随机分为单纯药物组、药物+臭氧组、药物+3%硼酸组和臭氧组进行治疗。结果随着观察时间的延长,不同治疗组BV和VVC患者症状/体征均逐渐好转;BV患者在第一次及第二次复诊时临床疗效有效率,药物+3%硼酸组分别为79.3%和75.8%,臭氧组分别为74.5%和72.0%,药物+臭氧组71.0%和72.4%,单纯药物组69.8%和71.0%。VVC患者在第一次及第二次复诊时临床疗效有效率,药物+臭氧组分别为85.9%和80.6%,药物+3%硼酸分别为77.8%和66.7%,单纯用药组分别为72.6%和65.9%,臭氧组分别为66.7%和58.1%。并且,不同治疗组对BV和VVC患者治疗后的临床疗效比较差异均无统计学意义。结论臭氧治疗阴道炎与药物治疗的疗效相同,在基层没有条件确诊阴道炎病原体的情况下或对于部分药物不耐受的患者,臭氧可作为一种治疗方法使用。
[ Objective l To know the treatment effect of different treatment methods tor Bacterlat vaglnosls [tlv)ancl Vulvovaginial candidiasi (VVC). [ Methods ] With completely random approach, 264 patients with VVC and 234 patients with BV were respectively divided into drug treatment group, drug and ozone treatment group, drug and 3% boric acid treatment group, and ozone treatment group. [ Resluts ] With the extension of the observation time, the symptoms and signs of BV and VVC patients were gradually improved.For BV patients, the clinical efficiency of drug and 3% boric acid treatment group at first return visit and second return visit was 78.3% and 75.8%, respectively; In ozone treatment group, it was 74.5% and 72.0%, repectively; In drug and ozone treatment group, it was 71.0% and 72.4%, repectively; In drug treatment group, it was 69.8% and 71.0%, respectively.For V^C patients, the clinical efficiency of drug and ozone treatment group at first return visit and second return visit was 85.9% and 80.6%, respectively; In drug and 3% boric acid treatment group, it was 77.8% and 66.7%, respectively; In drug treatment group, it was 72.6% and 65.9%, respectively; In ozone treatment group, it was 66.7% and 58.1%, respectively.Moreover, for BV and VVC patient, the clinical efficiency among different treatment groups is no statistical difference. [ Conclusions ] The clinical efficiencies of ozone and drug treatment for vaginitis are similar.In the resource limited areas, where there is no equipment or proffesional person to diagnose the pathogens of vaginities, or for the patients who are drug intolerance, ozone can be used as a method of treatment for vaginitis.
