摘要
目的:探讨宫腔镜在子宫内膜病变诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选择我院妇产科诊治的子宫内膜病变患者180例,根据随机的方法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组患者90例,观察组患者选择宫腔镜检查,对照组患者采用诊断性刮宫。结果:①观察组患者子宫内膜病变总诊断符合率为92.2%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,比较有统计学差异(X2=5.6206,P=0.0178)。②宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜病变的灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别为95.4%、86.0%和92.2%,诊断性刮宫对子宫内膜病变的灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别为86.7%、72.5%和80.0%,比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜对子宫内膜病变的灵敏度、特异性和准确性高,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective： To investigate the clinical value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of endometrial disease.Method： 180 patients with endometrial lesions were chosen,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each including 90 patients,patients in the observation group were examined with hysteroscopy,and patients in the control group choose diagnostic curettage.Results ①The overall diagnostic coincidence rate of the patients in observation group was 92.2%,It＇s significantly higher than that of the control group（80.0%）,There＇s significant difference between them（X2=5.6206,P =0.0178）.②The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the hysteroscopic diagnosis of endometrial lesions were 95.4%,86.0% and 92.2%,and 86.7%,72.5% and 80.0% for the diagnostic curettage,there were statistically significant between them（P 0.05）.Conclusion： In the diagnosis of endometrial lesions,hysteroscopy has high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,and has high clinical value.
