摘要
本文指出目前独立学院日语专业在人才培养、课程设置以及教学方法上存在的问题。强调独立学院应该正确确立自己的人才培养定位,在理论教育和技能教育之间找到符合社会需要的平衡点,培养应用型人才。最后从注重听说能力的培养、增强应用型课程、加强实践教学环节三个方面论述了日语应用型人才培养的对策。
This paper points out the problems existing in the cur rent talent cultivation in Japanese majors of independent colleges, and proposes the points that should be noticed. Finally, it pro poses the countermeasures of Japanese applied talent cultivation from three aspects.
