摘要
培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高级专门人才是应用型高校人才培养的核心目标,但是,从现行的体制和方法来看,还存在着很多不利于创新人才培养的因素。文章就目前培养创新型人才存在的问题以及应采取怎样的策略进行讨论,寻找创新型人才培养的途径和方法,使应用型高校创新型人才培养适应经济社会发展的要求。
To cultivate senior specialized talents with innovative spirit and innovative ability is the core object of applied talents training in colleges and universities, however, from the current system and method, there are many factors in the innovation-oriented talents cultivation. In view of the current problems in cultivating innovative talents, this paper discusses what strategies should be taken, looks for innovative talents training ways and methods, so as to make the innovative talent training in applied university meet the requirements of economic and social development.
