摘要
通过正交试验对鹅源草酸青霉固态发酵产果胶酶的发酵条件及发酵工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:最佳培养基配方为:每15 g基础培养基中葡萄糖0.9 g、(NH4)2SO41.2 g、KH2PO4(或K2HPO4、MgSO4、CaCl2)0.07 g;最优发酵参数为:起始pH 4.5,发酵时间60 h,发酵温度30℃,接种量1.5 mL。果胶酶的最适浸提剂为1%NaCl。
The orthogonal test was used to optimize the solid-state fermentation conditions and fermentation techno- logical parameters of pectinase, and the pectinase was produced by Penicillium oxalicum separated from goose.The results showed that the optimum solid-state fermentation condition producing pectinase was glucose 0.9 g, (NH4)2SO4 1.2 g, KH2PO4(K2HPO4,MgSO4, CACl2)0.07 g in 15 g basis culture;The best original pH 4.5, ferment time 60 h; ferment temperature 30 ℃ ,inoculation quantity 1.5 mL;And the best extraction agent was 1% NaCl.
