摘要
利用有限元法,建立轨道-桥梁及桥墩-基础-大地计算模型,计算货车在不同运行速度下引起的大地振动响应,得出振动加速度、速度及位移沿距离的衰减规律,分析铁路环境振动对铁路沿线厂房内精密仪器的影响。研究表明:货物列车速度对振动响应的影响较大,速度越高,地面上相同位置上的振动响应越大;振动加速度、速度和位移沿距离的衰减特性基本一致,呈现指数曲线的衰减规律;两货车以120,100和80 km/h的速度在精密仪器厂房附近交会时,光谱仪的加速度、速度及位移的预测值满足仪器振动限值要求,制芯机的加速度预测值满足仪器的限值要求。
In order to calculate the ground vibration track - bridge and pier - foundation - ground models response caused by freight train with different speeds, the were established by using finite element method. Then the attenuation rule of vibration acceleration, velocity and displacement along the distance was derived and the effect of railway environment vibration on precision instrument inside the plant. The results show that the freight train speed has a great influence on vibration response, and the higher train speed it is, the greater vibration response in the same position of the ground will have. The attenuation characteristics of acceleration, velocity and dis- placement along the distance are substantially uniform, and it obeys the exponential attenuation law. When two freight trains with the speed of 120,100 and 80 km/h meet near factory plant, the prediction values of accelera- tion, speed and displacement are less than the vibration limit values of the spectrometer, and the prediction val- ues of acceleration satisfies the vibration limit values of the Core -making machine.
