摘要 研究和讨论了一种易于实现的光谱吸收型光纤甲烷传感器。利用差分吸收法消除光源不稳定及光电器件的热零点漂移、零点漂移对测量准确度的影响 ,同时介绍了光源及其工作波长的选定。大气和工业污染中的其他气体分子的体积分数也可用类似方法测量。 An easy-realizable CH_4 gas sensing system using absor ption type optic fiber is studied and discussed. In order to eliminate the influ ence of instability of the source (LED),thermal zero shift and zero shift of the photoelectric device on the precision,the differential absorption is used.At th e same time, the choice of the source and the working wavelength are introduced. The other gas molecule concentration such as atmosphere and industry pollution can also be measured in the similar way.
