摘要
在对CH_4 分子近红外吸收光谱分析比较的基础上 ,并考虑与光纤的低损耗窗口相一致和价格等因素 ,采用了价廉的 1.3μm波段的LED作为光源 ,实现了对甲烷气体的检测 ,检测灵敏度为 130 0 ppm /m。研究表明 ,灵敏度可通过提高入射光功率、气室长度等而进一步提高。
Based on analysis of the near infrared spectral absorption of methane and factors such as compatibility with the transmission characteristics of silica optical fiber and the price,a method for methane gas sensing using a 1.3 μm LED as a light source is demonstrated. A sensitivity of 1 300 ppm/m has been achieved with this method. The sensitivity can be improved by increasing the power of the sensing beam and the cell-length, and by decreasing the noise of electronic circuit.
