摘要
目的了解河北省农村居民公共卫生服务满意度现状并进行分析,为改善河北农村居民公共卫生服务质量及为有关部门制定相关政策提供依据。方法选取河北5个地区10个县,按照分层随机抽样的方法,采用自行设计公共卫生服务利用及满意度调查表对1 000名农村居民进行现况调查。同时,进行面对面访谈。结果河北省农村居民公共卫生服务总体满意度为53.7%。解释清晰度、得到尊重情况较好;技术水平、服务项目满意度偏低。结论河北省农村居民公共卫生服务的满意度处于一般水平,建议加强农村社区卫生医务人员的技术水平和增加社区卫生服务项目。
Objective To explore the public health service satisfaction and its effect factors among rural residents in Hebei province and provide evidences for policy making of relevant departments.Methods By random stratified sampling and using self-made questionnaires on public health service satisfaction(Cronbach's α=0.725),1 000 rural residents were investigated.And they were interviewed for the possible reasons of their answers.Results 53.7% of the residents expressed satisfaction with the total public health service among,in which some specific items(e.g.clarity of explanation and respect gained) were graded higher scores,while others were graded lower scores(e.g.skill level and service items).Conclusion The public health service satisfaction among rural residents in Hebei province is in average level.More attention should be given to improve the staffs' public health service skills and enrich the public health service items.
