摘要
目的了解银川市社区健康教育的现状并提出相应政策,为制定发展规划提供依据。方法于2005年4月采用问卷调查对银川市3个区的41所社区卫生服务机构及其医护人员进行健康教育现状调查。结果28所社区卫生服务机构健康教育工作缺乏经费和政策支持;36所社区卫生服务中心(站)均无健康教育专职人员。结论银川市社区健康教育已取得初步成绩,但还存在经费缺乏、居民参与意识不强、缺乏专业人员等问题,建议进一步完善健康教育相应政策,支持社区卫生服务机构有效地开展健康教育工作。
Objective To understand the situation of health education of community health service stations in Yinchuan city,and to put forward policy suggestion.Methods Doctors and nurses in 41 community health service stations were questionnaired in April 2005.Results The health education programs in 28 community health service stations were lack of funds and supports from the government.The specialized community health educators were few or none in 36 community health service stations.Conclusion The health education in community health service stations has improved basically,but there are still lack of funds,citizen participation and specialized community health educators.It is necessary to make corresponding manners and launch efficient health education.
