Miller-Fisher综合征6例临床特点分析及治疗 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨Miller-Fisher综合征的临床特点,以提高对本病的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析2006年1月—2010年7月我院收治6例Fisher综合征的发病机制、临床表现、治疗及预后。结果病前有感染病史者5例,出现经典三联征者4例,2例合并感觉障碍。蛋白-细胞分离5例,影像学异常4例,肌电图改变6例。结论 Miller-Fisher综合征临床症状复杂,可在经典的三联征基础上伴有其他体征,也可仅有其中的二联征。Fisher综合征呈相对良性病程,预后较好,早期给予IVIG治疗效果好。
